Great Northern will again be offering their annual Mother’s Day brunch buffet from 10am till 2pm. Multitude of items including carved prime rib, made to order omelets, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, thick sliced three pepper bacon, ham, sausage, pancakes, French toast, salads, pastries, several salad options, dessert bar with assorted cakes cookies and bars, etc….
The price is $23.95 for adults and $12.95 for under 12. There is no charge for infants. You can also enjoy Skyy bloodies and Piper Sonoma mimosa’s for $5 and regular dinner menu beginning at 5pm.
Opus Restaurant will offer a Three course Prix Fixe Brunch with seatings from 9 am until 2:30 pm. The price is $49 per person with multiple choices for each course.
The Fort will be offering two specials and a limited menu of Fort favorites from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
*Prime rib of Beef – served with damiana Jus, rosemary and garlic roasted potatoes, and asparagus.
For Dessert – Champagne Zabaglione (Custard) with fresh fruit and a Gaufrette cookie. 12oz portion $45 8oz portion $37
*Lightly Blackened Red Snapper – served with a scallop and pancetta risotto, asparagus, herbed compound butter and shoestring potatoes.
Dessert – Champagne Zabaglione (Custard) with fresh berries and a Gaufrette cookie. $40
All come with a Fort dinner salad and fresh baked breads.
