As you’re well aware, International Pancake Day is on March 8th (always taking place on another coveted holiday, Fat Tuesday)!  By now you’ve dusted off your pancake suit,  hung blueberry lights wall to wall and are ready to make the big day plans.  Snooze is here to help.

On March 8th, Snooze once again hosts International Pancake Day.  All day (6:30a til 2:30p) and at every Snooze, arrive and feel the magic as you receive a list of over one dozen pancakes opportunities.  Take that compilation and let the world be your pancake.  Choose one, choose 30, each crafted in a flight size portion to further your taste buds search for Nirvana.  Pineapple Upside Down, Elvis, Peppermint Patties, sweet, savory, avant garde… enlightenment?

And as they say, every time a pancakes enjoyed, a garden gets its seed.  Know that with every pancake you feast upon, proceeds for the day go towards building, expanding and supporting Denver Urban Gardens and Harvest Farms in Ft Collins.

Denver, Colorado December 08, 2010 — 1515 is delighted to present a special menu for New Year’s Eve.

Chef Chuck James created the three-course meal before 7pm and the four-course meal after 7pm to ring in the New Year with the distinctive flavors of the season. The three course tasting meal includes an Amuse-Bouche of Seared Albacore Tuna with Ponzu Gelée, Wakame, and Micro Shiso.  The first course includes a choice of Winter Field Greens, our (Good Luck) Lentil Soup with Brioche, Roasted Foie Gras or London Fog Duck, followed with a choice of entrees of Wagyu Steak or Chilean Sea Bass.  The dessert choices will be Tomato Sorbet or Chocolate Mousse.

For the four-course meal Chef James features Seared Scallop with Bacon Foam or London Fog Duck  or Beef Carpaccio for the first course followed by Winter Field Greens  (Frisée, Mache, Charged Champagne Vinaigrette, Pine Nuts, Brie Powder, 18 Year Balsamic Pipette, Grape Gelée) or Lentil Soup.  Top off the evening Chef James will be serving choice of Chilean Sea Bass with Red Beets, Brussels Sprouts, Grilled Corn, Popcorn Sauce or Wagyu Steak with Roasted Gold Potatoes, Braised Chicory, Huitlacoche Sauce.  For desert enjoy Liquid Nitrogen Tomato Sorbet (Olive Oil Powder and Toast, Micro Basil) or Chocolate Mousse (Caramelized Bananas, Liquid Nitrogen Mascarpone Ice Cream, and Graham Cracker Dust). Ring in the New Year with the music with our DJ.  Reservations are required.

Great Northern will again be offering their annual Mother’s Day brunch buffet from 10am till 2pm. Multitude of items including carved prime rib, made to order omelets, smoked salmon, eggs Benedict, thick sliced three pepper bacon, ham, sausage, pancakes, French toast, salads, pastries, several salad options, dessert bar with assorted cakes cookies and bars, etc….

Lodo Restaurant Offers Spectacular Food for the entire family on Mother’s Day Sunday

1515 Restaurant, located at Market and 15^th Street, today announces their plans for a 13^th annual Easter’s Brunch in historic Lodo.  Enjoy a wonderful buffet from 10 am to 3 pm in the beautiful, historic red brick building.  The delectable buffet will feature a fresh spring time menu offering a little of everything to please the most discerning tastes and is reasonably priced at 30 dollars for adults and 15 dollars for children under 12.
